All canvas prints are made to order and produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

Orders enter production shortly after purchase.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Because our prints are produced through a global network of professional print partners, orders are typically printed and shipped within the same region as the customer whenever possible, helping reduce delivery times and unnecessary international shipping.

This means most orders are fulfilled domestically, helping reduce delivery times and avoid unnecessary international shipping.

For most destinations, customs duties or import taxes do not apply.

Orders shipped to countries outside the United Kingdom, United States, European Union, Canada, or Australia may occasionally be subject to local import duties or taxes (this depends on the destination country's regulations and is outside our control).

Any such charges would be the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Lost Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@gnosticeye.com and include:

• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• A photo of the shipping label

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
