Made-to-Order Items

All canvas prints are made to order and crafted specifically for you.

Because each piece is printed upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production has begun.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@gnosticeye.com including photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

We do not offer refunds for minor variations in colour due to screen differences.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item.

However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalised once production has begun.

If you wish to exercise your cancellation right, please contact us immediately upon placing your order.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved (for eligible cases such as damaged goods), it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@gnosticeye.com within 14 days of receiving your order and provide your name, order number, and details of your purchase.

Once you notify us of your decision to withdraw, the item must be returned within 14 days.

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that the item has been returned, whichever occurs first.

This right may not apply to goods that are made to order, personalised, or otherwise exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable law.

Digital products, including ebooks and downloadable content, may be exempt from the 14-day withdrawal period where immediate access has been provided with the customer's prior consent.
